Sunday, January 18, 2009 Leaders Oiiiiiiiiiii!AHOY MATEY!I noe i suppose to post like yesterday! so sorry! i was damn sick! got a very very high fever in class i think the temperature was like 40 plus cause i was feeling like someone put fire on me... hahas wow camp finally over! but its sooo fast! hope it can last longer! (: ANYWAY the three days camp was FANTASTIC! everything went alright! except the food! ya its like unhygienic and that might be the cost of people getting the stomach ache!!! AND worst thing is that i was fine UNTIL after the camp i SHIT 4 times! omg my face was very pale! thanks to the chef! i think he scratch his armpit until all the hair drop in my food! ok lets start TALKING! DAY 1 Day 1 everything was very messy due to alot of miscommunication and unclear message... what happen was during the morning briefing i gather them for a briefing and yeah dont noe whether the message get into their brain or not! so the camp start after the assembly and it was just chaotic! Cant blame anyone...its just alot of miscommunication(: BLAblableh! k at night! we had a debrief and yeah got lots of feedback from everyone and the vendors but wat can i say...they ''didnt look at what is behind the box'' DAY2 K day 2 when better and ya its fine(: DAY 3 Boring! haha except the last part which was the CHEERING!!! k bubbye campers i will miss you for sure! DEBRIEFING! ok i thing i need to do debriefing because WHY!??!? 1st vendors are always there to debrief until so late! which my eyes like shop going to close like that! 2nd i always get ''Shot'' during the briefing and whatever! soo ya i got no mood for it! 3rd IM juuuuuussssssssssssssst TIRED! ok here is the debriefing for my Student Leaders! So start reading! MANPOWER IC! (Aisyah) Yes its my Aisyah! hahas well done on the admin! i know its very very stressful but yeah thats how it is as always... luckily there was help(: well Aisyah you was the person that cheer me up and always make me felt so loved! so ya i just wanna thank you for everything! AHOY MATEY! LOGISTIC IC! (Sufi.Helmi.Taufik.Jinnee.Adhe) LOgiStiCs! thank you one million times! for all logistics well done! everything was given on time! and IN TIME! thanks for all the time spent on the nightwalk! so sorry if i made your hand muscles into tofu! or in other words jelly! Jinnee! well done! you have proven to me! FINALLY! that you are a very capable person... SUFI! thanks for the effort and iniative that you have spent for the camp as well as me! haha and the times in the AVA room joking was great! Taufik! FIK! thanks for the effort for logistics! always prepared for everything! and the time spent on the logitics was really something that i will remember! Adhe! the CHEEKY fellow! hahas seeing you exhausted make me feel like laughing! haha well thanks for the trouble of carrying SOoo many tables up and down! and thanks for so much contribution! Helmi! thanks man! for so much support in the logistics although there was so little help in the 1st place! you showed me so much about being strong in whatever you do! FIRM man! hahas Accommodation IC!(LILI.Derek.Shazlynn.Viraphon.Eidrain) All of you did A magnificient job in preparing the food and everything! although there might be cock up but yeah you are always firm in your job! only at the last day that i think i might need to feedback(: it went well but it just need fine tunning thats all.. planning wise need to be plan even detail(: the room tables and chair and everything wasnt plan well... i thought i gave you the job and you could handle it...but its ok! i KNOW its stressful SO yupp overall...u all was wonderful! LILI! goooooooooooooooooooood job on the accommodation(: hope u have learn alot from this experience(: and not to forget the campfire! a job well done also(: even it is the 1st time at least you made it! hahas something that u should be proud of urself is.... 1st! u didnt use script! 2nd! u didnt panic and turn into a stone! hahas and lastly u enjoyed urself! hahas k la ah gong old already its ur turn to passed it on(: CHEERS LILI! ROCK onnnNn! DEREK! son-ny boy! hahas! anyway job well done! good planning(: i like it when there is something that cock up! but u wont be like others! like ''omg omg wat we gonna do!'' hahas u are the cool type u noe! hahas ya thats about it i didnt observe u much cause WHY??? i noe U CAN DO IT MAN!! EIDRAIN! fantastic job leading the rest! but something i need u to improve on k! u need to control urself in ur work... dnt be angry if anything didnt turn up ur way... thats why on the 1st day i didnt like ur temper and than the second and the third day u was better(: but its ok...we are all learning(: but remember k CONTROLLLL! but for the rest u are fine(: just need to control k(; remember this word ar! cooonntttrrroooll! hahas im proud of u EIDRAIN! Shazlynn!hahas DONT STEAL my wife!! hahas but who cares now it's taken away! hehe i hope u have learn alot from this experience and dnt just learn how to steal my wife! hahas good job la in accommodation and what so ever! *poke*poke* VIRAPHON! omg in this camp u scare me alot! 1st u eat like a hungry ghost! hahas jkjk haiyo cut down la!hahahehe anyway for u uh... hmmm...like seldom see u leh! hahas maybe u eating haha! but dnt worry la something tells me u did a great job! wohoo!! GAME IC! (Ashok.Farain.Hannah.Iqma) Ashok! ashok! i can tell u only one thing! u are AWWWSOME! somethings that i didnt see in u before is! 1st u lead others like never before! 2nd u execute the job well! but there is one thing i need u to patch up! which is ur attitude...dnt just give up so easily for the games... u might think that u have done alot and feel like giving up! ya i understand...but by giving up means alot... it is equal to letting ur team down, throwing all ur work and forget about it and alot of people will look down on u... at that point u told me that u gave up and let melvin settle it for u...the 1st thing that gave me an impression of u was full of dissapointment... in the planning i saw that u was so hard working and ya i felt so touch... but dont u feel that ur hardwork in ur games doing it in powerpoint and watever was such a hardwork!? thats y the next time i dont want this to happen anymore... that why the reason i put u in charge of the station games is because i dont want to see your effort go to waste... but next time bear in mind that whatever happens! DONT GIVE UP K! ok thats all but for the rest of wat u did i am supper PROUD OF U! FARAIN! hahas just a kid! hahas no la! u are more than a kid girl! well done in your games...well i didnt look into games that much but for sure it was well done! keep it up! HANNAH! hannah motanna! haha i dnt noe the speelling la! hehe anyway all i can do is to praise(: hope that u have fun in the games! IQMA!Say IQMA!! Iqmaaaa!! hahas cute sey! Anyway talk about games 1st...in the camp one thing that i have notice is that you know your direction in the camp...meaning that what happen next and what to do next, you are very clear and yupp for that well done and of course great job in the planning of the games(: and next we go to CAMPFIRE! hahas come to think about the campfire i can only smile(: hahas you and Lili was a good combination and you know how to interact with one another which is good! and i know when im saying about campfire, i dont know whether you are behind the computer crying(: hahas neh dnt ar(: so overall yes u did well... so nothing to worry..nothing to cry about... all you need to have is a SMILE! i hope the tears after that campfire was ''tears of joy'' not anything else k! alright GooOO IQ-MA! CAMPFIRE IC! (Azizi.Joel.Nicholas) (GABRIEL) ALRIGHT!! campfire ICs! FANTASTIC job man! everyone did their part and showed me numerous leadership skills! keep it up! I like the iniative that JOEL AND AZIZI showed by WHAT? 1st u asked me ''hey nick hey nick...when is the dry run!??'' in a nervous mood..thats good! and at the end of the campfire, i dont have to ask u all to keep the wood..you will do it automatically! so thanks alot guys! As for MR NICK! mr so call BRO! can do better other than sticking to near girls(: because i dont remember that the camp objective for student leader is ''Stick to girl and girls will stick back to you'' hahas but otherwise not Bad! AND lastly gabriel! my camp Chief as well as the Campfire OIC! proud to give you the job(: u have handle it well and i dont need to worry(: so thanks alot! and i had alot of fun in the camp with you! NIGHTWALK IC!(: (Feelah.Gayatri.Hazirah.Teng Sim.Nuraini) FeelaH! Lets start with a smile! ((: heh ok thanks sooooo very much planning the nightwalk activity although the time spent is uncountable! and! so sorry if i havent done much planning with you due to other work(: but yupp after everything i hope that it was a pay off for u cos it was for me! hahs the table and newspaper ar! HAIYO like one bull just charge to it! so overall thank you FEELAH! Gayatri! So sorry for the miscommunication whether u are in the camp or not thingy... but dont worry about it(: it's settle! also i wanna praise u on your leadership skills which i already noe you have it! (: and dont mistaken me for not putting you in the campfire emcee! its just abit too last minute to decide anything and moreover u got plenty out there dont worry GIRL! Hazirah! Hmmmmmmmmmmmm.... i hardly see u in the camp sey(: hmmm.. u must be eating sweets! haha no la! THANKS for the time of planning the nightwalk! i know you will say! ''haiya dont worry la i at home also boring!'' haha anyway hope you have enjoyed yourself in the nightwalk(; hmmm oya! urs in the classroom ar! haha borringgg! haha jkjk but thanks for everything! *pinch*PINCH* Teng Sim!Taxi! Facilitators! if u look back at yourself there is alot of changes that u might notice whether it is small or big! it is always a stepping stone... in the camp my 80% of attention was with u guys! WHY? because i wanna see improvement not anything else...if u look around u as facilitators u realise that alot of the people who was 1st queit like jerico,zen,fatin and soooooo many others! i mean they might be hyper but not communicative! hahas but as i slowly observe things are just getting better(: so yuppp im very glad for that(: keep it up guys! not only that! you really held your group well in many things(: but admin wise u all need to improve(; but for the rest u all are PREFECTOo! -Nickelodean- |
